Awful doctor and awful staff. Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Wagnon seems to almost read a script at each appt. zero interest in the child’s personal well being, just spouts off facts about the age and milestones . We have dropped him as our child’s pediatrician.

It is impossible to get your child in to see the dr. My daughter was sick for almost 2 months and every time they would tell me to take her to a clinic after the 4th time in which I told the nurse she had been to the clinic 3 times and was still sick, the nurse told me that since she had been seen by the clinic they weren't t able to help.Even though they were they ones that told us to go to the clinic. It is ridiculous you can't get your sick child in to see their dr. Searching for a new dr.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Nurse will always recommend Urgent Care instead because there are never enough sick child appointments so you end up rarely seeing the actual pediatrician and getting very familiar with the Urgent Care doctors instead. Appointments are rushed. Nurse Holly is excellent which is why this review gets two stars.

The Nurse that decides whether your child gets an appointment or not is forever making excuses so you don't go into the office, so by the time they decide to see her it's because they're tired of us calling to inform them she's getting worse and worse. Dr. Wagnon comes in and discusses what he'll have to do to my daughter, but never acknowledges my daughter at all Of course now they'll have to give my daughter several shots because Dr. Wagnons Office dragged their feet to finally sto see us.
