Was so looking forward to having him as my surgeon after my first visit. Unfortunately, Every encounter or phone call that followed he was cold, arrogant and at times manipulative. He and a colleague performed SEVERAL (6-8) VERY PAINFUL in office NEEDLE BIOPSIES WITHOUT ANY NUMBING or anesthesia in one visit; On my neck around my jaw and ear. Only for me to find out from a provider in the same group days later that it was completely UNNECESSARY and he knew that. He was very cold and lacked basic empathy. ALSO, he lied to me Twice. And, the wait times are ridiculous which is not surprising given his arrogance and ego. No thanks . Dishonest in small things dishonest in ALL THINGS. I need a surgeon I can trust. I opted to leave the cancer right where it’s at after my experience with this guy..

The resident & Dr Topf were very thorough and gave me so much more info than a different doctor I had seen for this. He gave me info for future if needed and made sure I wouldn't be in an emergency situation with this again.

Preauricular Pit Gone
Dr. Topf was kind and real. I had this pit on my ear for several years. I had gone to 2 dermatologists and they would remove it, but it came back each time. I came to Dr. Topf and he got rid of it permanently; for this I am so thankful.
