Above and beyond
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Michael Tocco. As a Canadian, I had low expectations about the level of care at a NYC hospital, but Dr. Tocco completely exceeded all of my expectations and then some. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough in his explanations. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. Additionally, he made sure the necessary follow-up care was available. He goes above and beyond what you'd expect from an emergency doctor. He is exceptional and eased a stressful emergency situation. Thank you again Dr. Tocco.

I don't know what that means.
Dr. Tocco was informative (in language easy to understand) and made me feel that he knew what I needed to do in the future and respected my role as a scared (and disgruntled) patient. He did not feel rushed. and explained my COVD positive test as best anyone could.

Dr. Tocco was absolutely wonderful, He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and most professional......the “real deal”! The facility is phenomenal, I thank everyone for such a positive experience.
