Do NOT go to him
The reason he was patients is because they have no other choice while in the ER or Trauma center. H should go back to the KC area and take his staff with him. He cares about money only. He and his staff lied through their teeth about what would happen during surgery. Luckily anesthesia told the truth. Do not go to him under any circumstance! He and his staff are a waste of space and feeding off patients insurance. Go to Tulsa, NW Arkansas or Kansas.

Dr. Tilley went above and beyond on my case. He had been consulted during some of his time off by other providers and decided to come in... on a holiday to see me. He sat and talked... for two hours... on his own time. He’s a great educator especially when asked questions. He was patient and never once rushed or interrupted me, trying to get to a quick answer. He validated my worries in a very calming manor. He nailed the surgery and post op. Dr. Tilley saved my arm from amputation as far as I’m concerned. I highly recommend this provider to anyone needing specialized care.

Had a prior doctor tell me amputation was only the only way to go. Got a second opinion from Dr. Tilley who agreed surgery was worth trying. Successful surgery now 5 years later and all is working well. Great Doctor!

Waited one and one-half hours. The half our was in one of his rooms. No one told me where he was or why he wasn’t there.. I finally told staff I had to leave so i wouldn’t be late for another appt. I was asked to wait or call and reschedule. I replied that someone needed to call me, which did happen. After I’ve seen Dr Tilley I hope my review will improve. If someone had just kept me informed, perhaps I could have left earlier or been sympathetic.

DON'T make him mad if you get a consult with him and then have someone else do your surgery. If you go back a few years later for a different problem, he will be rude, condescending, and won't even look at your X-rays, just bark at you, "Go get physical therapy". He was in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Certainly NOT KU's finest. Would never return or recommend him!!!
