every visit i had it was great and very clear understanding !

I was charged for a no show appointment. I had a 7:45 AM appointment which I completely forgot. The staff called me at 7:50 AM to remind me. There was no other reminder SMS or email sent. I said I could make it in the next 10 mins. To my surprise the staff said they cannot accommodate me and charged me $100. This is really the worst experience I have had with my 4 years in San Ramon where the staff are so rude and cannot be accommodative of even a 15 minutes delay. When I had my previous appointment with them I was made to wait 10 minutes before seeing the doc. Am I supposed to charge you guys for it?

It was very bad. I have a leanMD appointment and Dr temkin associate just behaved with me like she is doing me a favor instead I am a paid member for the program. When I asked her a question about the program she started saying her next patient is due in 1 min. Literally,I was barely inside for 5 mins. She couldnt answer my questions without intimidating me. I am paying money for their services and she treated me like a bug on the floor.

I love Dr Timken, he is so professional but personal.

I have been seeing Dr. Temkin for over 20 years, I am so very thankful when I discovered him. He and his staff is so amazing and professional. My visits are well attended and don’t have to wait longer as with some other offices. I truly apprecite Dr. Temkin taking as much time as needed in relating to the patient- me. Been going to Dr Temkin for several years send thru many medical situations. He has always been attentive to all my needs and offering professional advice in a practical knowledgeable manner. He has absolutely fantastic knowledge of specialist referrals for any situation. Sort of a caring, professional, competent no-nonsense approach to delivering superb primary care services I would recommend him to any one without any hesitation whatsoever.

I have been seeing Dr. Temkin for several years now, and find his approach to medicine and health care to have an excellent balance of patient education and understanding, along with diagnosing and treating conditions. He also has a well established network of specialists in the tri-valley area in cases where this might be needed.

Yearly Annual check up - Great Doctor and one of the best doctors in bay area. Takes time to review the patient records and explain about the lab records going over line by line. He always listens without interrupting and he lets you take as much time as you need to explain your situation. The front office staff are friendly.

Really excellent physician very personable gets to know you I always appreciate my visits with him.

Dr. Temkin has been my 'gate keeper' doctor for about 25 years and I am well pleased with his, and his offices', prompt attention. My wife and I individually see Dr. Temkin on average 3 or 4 times per year and are happy to know he is knowledgable about our histories and conservative in his medical recommendations. My last visit was to seek his suggestion for a specialist and his recommendations have always been excellent.

Annual physical exam. Dr. Temkin is very professional and well prepared for the appointment. Dr. Temkin explains exam results in a clear and understandable manner. Would highly recommend Dr. Temkin to other individuals as a Primary Care Physician.
