While I was disappointed to have to wait over a month for my annual appointment, it was worth the wait. The tests included were very thorough. At the follow-up appointment, the results were presented in a clear, easily understood manner. There was sufficient time for questions and recommendations. Overall, I was very pleased.

staff that answers the phone cannot help and refer to the office manager who is not always available--she plays phone tag which is very poor service as we cannot always answer the phone when she finally calls, so even setting up an appt. is difficult. This is something it appears the doctor is not aware of.

He always spends enough time to cover all test results and answer any questions or concerns. This is so unlike many of today's doctors that only have 5-10 minutes with you until their next patient needs to be seen.
