Can't say enough great things about this team!The Office Team: Always incredibly kind, helpful, professional, efficient and willing to answer questions (with a smile!). Appointments are always on time and they are flexible and understanding if issues arise. Dr. Sterrett: Not only is he an amazing doctor and surgeon (I can breath again!), he's also an amazing person - genuine, humble, kind, funny, patient and answers all of my never ending questions. I'm gutted that he's retiring (though very well deserved) and wish I found him sooner! With doctors like this so hard to find these days, I'm SO grateful Dr. Sterrett was able to fit me in for surgery as quickly as he did. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with him, his staff and the hospital staff at OMG.

Amazing Dr tried everything he could to help me
If he wasn't retiring soon id 100% recommend him to anyone that needs a ENT specialists. He actually cares and tries to help his patients!

First time visit
Dr Sterrett and office was excellent.I felt he was very thorough and had a great personality. He is treating me for blockage in my left ear. I am very confident he will get me back to where I should be. Highly recommend him!

Worth the Drive from Lansing
Dr. Sterrett was able to diagnose and effectively treat the issue I’ve been experiencing for approximately 2 months after being bounced around at U of M Sparrow Urgent Care and Hospital. I wish there were more specialist like him.

He was great!!! I can hear again!!
I wear hearing aids and needed my right ear looked at cause it was pack with wax and infected. Made an appointment and got in the next day….impressive!! He was able to help me….I can hear MUCH better!
