I went to Dr. Spence recently,and I had made a list of all my questions before. I asked him them, he listened very patient and answered all with honestly . He let me know ahead that some of the procedures such as removing freckles or age spots might take two or three visits . He also gave me the price of each one. He is a excellent Dermatologist andI would recommend him to anyone. His receptionist, Pauline is friendly and helpful, as well as his nurse. Annette Wilcox

He won’t treat you at the time of diagnosis. He wants to get paid for 2 office visits when one would be enough. Also he treated a spot on my nose with his laser and it came right back. I will go to a real, board certified dermatologist next time.
