Overall I left the appt feeling unheard and not cared for as a patient. I felt like all of it was being wrapped into a previous diagnosis I've had for years (that Ive had completely controlled) when all of these symptoms are new to me and causing different symptoms and problems. I felt like I never got a chance to explain my symptoms with that being said and left frustrated and defeated. Dr. Smith later called me and updated me on some information and tests he thought would be helpful to me and I felt much better about him as my care provider. I wish that would have been done earlier but I do appreciate the change in view points.

Highly Recommended ENT
Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor. He is extremely patient with the kiddos. He is very detailed oriented and makes sure everyone understands what is expected. Great staff along with quick after surgery check-ups or follow-ups. I would highly recommend this ENT to everyone!

Dr. Smith is very patient centered. He explained what issues my son was having immediately and made sure to take the time to explain upcoming procedure. He cared what questions I had.

Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing. Mya hasn't willing let anyone look in her ears for about a year and she sat for him. He built an amazing rapport with her before addressing me. It was such a wonderful experience!!!!
