Good Dr but office unorganized
In my 10 years of going to this practice, I have maybe seen Dr. Sheedy only 3 times. The group practice tends to shuffle all patients off to Nurse Practitioners, which is ok for most things and, in fact, every one I've seen there has been terrific. Dr. Sheedy does take plenty of time to go over things with you and I did not feel rushed. Several times blood work or x-rays were ordered (they can do them there) but no one bothered to call me with results for 2 whole weeks. Had I not seen the results on my private internet health website, I would have called and complained but I was testing them to see how long it would take for them to call me. I think that is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for results that were known within a day. I complained about it for awhile but nothing has ever changed. So just be prepared to call and ask if you don't hear from them for a few days. The office also tends to get messages relayed poorly or incorrectly.

Dr. Sheedy is everything a doctor should be. He listens, he encourages feedback, he is genuinely interested in the best outcome for his patient. My dad is 92 and has Dementia. Dr. Sheedy responded to his repetitive questions, he treated him with dignity and respect.

Dr Sheedy is fine but the receptionist / front desk women are horrible. They constantly disconnect or just don't answer the phone. Then they are rude and argumentative with you. I recently tried to make an appointment and they told me to just walk in and wouldn't make an appointment. If I wanted to walk in and see anyone I can go anywhere for that. My family is sick of their attitude and we are leaving this practice.
