Dr. Shedd is a superb clinician. He has been my pulmonologist for 5 years. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains the status of my health in easy to understand terms and is direct.

My in-laws have been trying to get the results of a biopsy for a week. My mother-in-law has left several messages and every time Dr. Shedd's receptionist says that they will receive a call within 24 hrs. Horrible!
