Worst place ever. If I could give it a zero I would. Office staff is horrible. No one in that office ever returns calls. They charge for office visits that have never happened.. STAY AWAY !!!!

I have been a patient for many years. He in my opinion is a great dr. He does not prescribe want you want but what you need. I have have many injections over the years. Its a series of three not one. He tells you the truth and does not mix words. I see him every month and he is fantastic. The girls in the office are very sweet. They answer the phone , check in patients. They juggle and do it well. I always bring them snacks and things to thank them. Try this practice and see for yourself. We all have opinions so make your own. Read Less

I receive injections in approx 6 month intervals from Dr Rubeis. The injections work very well. but over time wear out. My back has issues. The next step is Surgury which I do not desire. I find Dr Rubeis provides an EXCELLENT injection procedure with great results and is backed by outstanding nurses from the Surgury center next door. I highly recommend Dr Rubeis for your pain management.

Was a repeat patient, every couple of years I get an injection. Had the consult, the procedure was scheduled 1 1/2 weeks later. Showed up for my appointment, then they told me it was cancelled due to the insurance approval not coming through. Turns out they had only submitted it 36 hours before, and even so, the insurance said they would have approved it if it had been marked urgent. Keep in mind I had to have a driver so my daughter had taken off work and these people could not have cared less.

Receptionist (Lissa?) denied my referral without attempting to contact the referring office or obtain any medical records. Regardless of her background, there's no way any medical professional could have reviewed my case appropriately. My overall review score is a direct reflection of their answering service denying medical care to a former patient without cause or adequate explanation. When I received the same nerve block injections I need now many years ago, Rubeis did a good job. Shame.

I was diagnosed with a spazmatic back which herniated discs at L4 & L5 instead of offering suggestions he kept prescribing pills and shots in my back (only 1/2 of the shots worked). I had 2 minutes to tell him how I felt which I don't think he paid attention to he just wanted to charge 2000.00 for the shots until I couldn't have any more then quit going.

Does not consider me or my pain as an individual. Very rude and short with his answers. Makes me feel like I'm wasting his time. After the appointment I had today, leads me looking for a new provider and warn others of this mans narrow minded way of thinking and treatment. Very RUDE !!

I have never been treated so badly by a physician in my life. This doctor is the most uncaring and unprofessional. I presented to his clinic on 6-21-16 with acute left sided sciatica. I had difficult walking. My intake sheet indicated a pain level between 9-10. He never reviewed my MRI results (which he ordered). He walked into the exam room had me sit on the table hit my knees with his hammer. Left the room again came back and said you need to have an epidural and left the room again.

It was the WORST EXPERIENCE. He is no more than QUACK DR. I had the epidural 2 times in my Cervical Area. First time it did nothing!! Second time I was given enough sleep meds so was awake during the procedure. I had the worst pain following the procedure than before. Now...He wanted me to return back for a 1 minute VISIT...mind you they charged me $250 for that office visit following the epidural REALLY!!!! A RIP OFF!
