Straight Shooter with compassion
I've seen Dr. Roach for years and have followed him as he moved clinics. He is so personable and a straight shooter but has a ton of compassion. He cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes. If you can't take someone telling you like it is, you may not appreciate it but he is the BEST and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else.

Not your typical FP physician
I usually get in to see him fairly quickly. He listens to my alternative way of thinking and approach to medicine. I was not getting anywhere finding help for my particular problem and he gladly referred me to Barnes Jewish-Washington University. Long story short, without his referral I would still be wearing hearing aids and would probably still be having a hard time breathing. He also does all my well checks, skin checks and well women's checks. I would, and have, recommended him to several people needing advanced care and understanding.

Dr. Roach's approach to medicine allows me to be me - I do not care for medications or multiple, unnecessary visits and he works with me. He always finds an alternative that works for me - even when I had COVID. I dislike most doctors, but would strongly recommend Dr. Roach!

He is fabulous with my two kids. They're under the age of 9 and he is patient and always makes sure they know what's going on. Would love to have him as my own doctor but I do not have insurance at the moment and don't want to pay out of pocket
