I always felt rushed and just a number through all visits. Not given enough time to discuss all my concerns. Almost like you get one question or problem per visit. Its a machine of an office.

Overworked and Doesn't Care
Dr. Riebman and the entire office are overworked and don't have the time to concentrate and do their jobs properly. I had very high LDL readings and my father had a history of heart issues. I requested additional test such as a referral for a stress test. He blew me off and told me that isn't done anymore and that I had nothing to fear. Next year I tried to schedule my annual exam and was told that there would be a six month wait. That was the last straw, I went and found a new doctor. My new doctor was very concerned about my LDL and ordered CT Calc test. It turns out I'm close to dying and the issue should had been detected years ago! If you value life, avoid My Primary Care as it is a corporate machine that treats patients as cogs on a conveyor belt.

Fantastic Doctor! I and my family are all patients of Dr. Riebman and have been for many years. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and very receptive to our needs. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Riebman tried to cheat the insurance and me by billing an extra doctor's visit during a physical exam in 2014 without advanced notice by simply touching my neck for a few seconds. He refused to drop the charge until I filed a formal complaint to consumer protection division of Maryland State Attorney General Office in 2015, then Maryland District Court in February, 2016.

I have seen Dr. Riebman since 2011 after moving to Annapolis. Annually for my physical, once to deal with Lyme disease, and a few other minor things over the years. He is very likeable, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and I have no hesitation recommending him.
