Dr. Michael Renner, MD

I have been a patient at Dr. Renner’s office for over 10 years. I truly liked him as a doctor but the wife he has that works there which is Stacey is so childish! I should have sensed this the first visit I had there. She came to me my very visit exposing their love life telling me all sort of things, like he’s my husband and he’s way older than me. The last visit I had there she approved of one of the young girls disrespecting me. I explained to her that I was waiting to be checked in and one of front office yelled at me saying she was busy! I addressed her about it and all she replied was she is new and having a bad day! Stacey Renner is definitely not the one to be over customer service being that she is so childish and wants desperately to fit in with employees of her daughter’s age! I will never ever attend this practice again knowing she is still included in the staff! Grow up Stacey you are too old to try and fit in with the young girls that works there! Dr. Renner you are definitely too professional for such nonsense coming from an immature wife!!

I have seen Dr Renner for about 20 years. I have always been able to get an apt on short notice. Sometimes it is hard to get a human on the phone but they have always called me back after I’ve left a message. He has always been receptive and caring on working with me to keep me well, physically (and mentally sometimes). When I’ve required specialists, they were able to reference me to those doctors and coordinated the initial apts. I’ve read some of the other comments and it’s bad that several patients have had negative experiences; I guess I’ve been lucky because Dr R (and Paul) and his staff have always been good with me (and my wife and in-laws).

Got me to a cardiac doctor before I had a heart attack. Very thankful for his caring nature.

Terrible customer service. I can never get a hold of them. I have to continuously call until I finally reach someone then they don’t have a sense of urgency in getting things done.

Dr. Renner has helped my family a lot! He is extremely smart and very kind. His office staff is very nice. Stacey the nurse is the sweetest NP you will ever meet.

Good Doctor; Office staff good; but slow sometimes in responding to phone calls!

Awful staff, awful responses. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to voice mails; worst experience I have ever had with an office staff and this is not the first time. How is this office still open with this unprofessional and uncaring staff? Called numerous times during normal hours, could not get a human to answer and finally when one responded, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, still no response. Called numerous times again, finally a response and before i could ask anything, I was transferred to a vm that no one had responded to for my mother. i was trying to get my elderly mom's meds called or faxed in to the local pharmacy.

He’s very sensitive and caring towards his patients.

This doctor told me I have diabetes as if it were nothing. My husband and I were shocked at the way he completely disregarded that diagnosis as I have a mother and Grandmother with diabetes and know the severity of this disease. He then told me that diabetes would NOT be causing my symptoms while also NOT listening to all my symptoms. We will be looking for another doctor.

DR RENNER HAS THE WORST BEDSIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER WITNESSED HE IS A BULLY LOOKING FOR HIS NEXT "VICTIM " HE NEVER ASKED ANY MEDICAL QUESTIONS OR RESEACHED MY MEDICAL HISTORY HE BULLIED ME! NOTHING MEDICAL WAS GONE OVER HE WAS RUDE AND ABRASIVE! NARCISSISTS!!!!!! DO NOT NOT NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. SOMETIME IS NOT RIGHT WITH HIM. UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!

This Doctor has the worst bedside manner of any I have come across in all of my years. Also, his lack of knowledge is subpar. This doctor will prescribe dangerous and unneeded medications to patients with no oversight from the Georgia Composite Medical Board. Avoid at all cost.

Dr Renner is amazing, honestly the first doctor that I look forward to visiting. He has has a new, modern and clean office staffed with the best nurses. He treats us like family and I always receive amazing care.
