If you want a doctor's office that will double and triple charge over what you are told, then you have come to the right place. If not stay away! I have had multiple phone conversations with them and the billing department about my wife being quoted a speech therapy service that was only going to cost a total of $164 and then receive a bill for $400. Also, during an office visit with Dr. Owens, they had a nurse(we thought) come in and had my wife click some stuff on an Ipad, which is fine, but then we received a bill of two $40 office visits for the one visit she was there for because they said the person that came in to do the Ipad clicking stuff was an Athletic Trainer or something. Which they never disclosed to us that they were going to double charge her for the one office visit. I have reached out to them multiple times about this and now they are threatening to send her bill to claims, and I don't feel we should have to pay for two office visits when she was there for one.
