I couldn't even see him, he refused. I went to the wrong clinic, called the office told them I was on my way, walked up to the desk and time just changed to 2:31 pm, and was told I was past the 15 minutes allowed for my appointment and he refused to see me because it was 2:31 and not 2:30 pm. Took over 6 weeks to get an appointment and he refused to see me for 1 minutes, literally changed to 2:31 as I gave the receptionist my name. The receptionist should have told me on the phone that he would not see me instead of making me rush to the other office just to tell me he would not see me.It was a simple mistake, and for one minute to refuse to see someone, is not patient friendly. Appears he is not a doctor that really cares about patient health

He fixed my septum in 2010. I live in AZ now, and my ENT is seriously impressed with the work Dr. Nordstrom did.

It certainly took long enough to book an appointment with said doctor, and after adjusting my schedule multiple times to accommodate both him and his assistant, on the day of arrival I was promptly told "Sorry the doctor can't see you today." After expressing my frustration and the logistics of scheduling the appointment, the receptionist merely stated, "Sorry, these things happen sometimes." She took no time to explain in detail why my appointment had been bumped. When I inquired as to why I ne

Repeated problems with office staff primarily at the Loomis Road office for both insurance claims and prescription refills will have me looking for a new doctor. The need to jump between office locations to get an appointment due to short office hours was problematic and an inconvenience.

Great listener. Efficient without making me feel rushed. Confirmed he had addressed all of my concerns multiple times over my visit. Made sure I fully understood complex issues with my care. On top of his excellent bedside manner, my scar from my surgery has healed much better than I expected based on how complicated my surgery was. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
