Everyone in this office it’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Always with a smile…Dr N explains everything that he is going to do, everything he finds on your skin. He and his staff are very thorough with what you need to do for follow up care, I have never left the office not knowing what I needed to do.I would highly recommend this office!

Doctor is fantastic, but getting office to return phone calls is a VERY FRUSTRATING experience. I've had to go to the office in person twice to get scheduled and to address a script issue.

I thought my new patient first time visit was extremely rushed. He didn't give me more than 15 minutes. I didn't have a chance to even show him areas of skin that were bothersome. He doesn't accept pictures by email to help with intermittent rashes. Staff was friendly. Good use of technology.

I had been to several other doctors who were unable to diagnose me. Doctor N was great and now my rash is completely gone! I am so thankful for him.

Acadia Dermatology has the most professional and courteous staff and doctors, I can't thank Dr. Noparstak and staff enough for all they do. My experience from start to finish, was outstanding.

After waiting 6 months for an appointment, the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. I have no doubt that he knows his field, but he has a LOT to learn about dealing with his patients. He showed no interest in hearing my questions, and I left there with most of the concerns that I went in with. I wish I had been insistent upon his listening to me, and I recommend anyone seeing him to also insist. At this time I’m not sure I would go back to him.

Dr. Noparstak is the most knowledgeable, friendly and patient dermatologist I've ever visited. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear, insightful manner. I'm new to the area and needed someone for my annual check up and I luckily stumbled on Dr. Noparstak's practice at Acadia Dermatology next to the LL Bean. Staff is also very nice and helpful.

I went to Dr. Noparstak for what turned out to be a squamous cell carcinoma site -- which, in a MOHS surgery, Dr. N removed with extraordinary skill. My wife, two daughters and sister are doctors, and a lifetime of experience as a patient gives me a strong basis to find that Dr. Noparstak is all that a doctor should be -- accessible, caring and professionally skilled to the highest degree. Add to this is another marker of a good and caring doctor: Dr. Noparstak's staff is friendly and able, admiring of him, and extremely helpful to his patients. I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Noparstak for anyone in need of dermatologic care.
