Excellent physician with a wonderful team
Appointment was timely and he and all the staff I encountered were efficient and courteous. They all helped to calm me during the procedure.

Solid Doc
Although I was admitted a full hour after my scheduled appointment, the staff was apologetic and the quality of dr. Nicoletti’s feedback was high and genuine

Excellent!
Telehealth
Dr. Nicoletti has been able to reduce my chronic low back pain and help me avoid spinal fusion surgery. He is very patient and is willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer all of my questions. I have never had to wait in his office for more than a few minutes and I’ve been able to schedule appointments promptly. I have recommended Dr. Nicoletti to several friends, who also had great experiences with him. He has my unqualified endorsement.

Always there for me
I have been a patient for over 8 years. Dr. Nicoletti has seen me through knee pain and back pain. His treatments have worked and have kept me pain free. He listens, he collaborates on treatment, answers all questions and concerns. The new setup at Weill Cornell is cumbersome for getting appointments. On-line works as long as you know which office is appropriate for treatment. Staff is compartmented by office and communication not so great. But thIs is not Dr. N’s doing.

Worst doctor experience
Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. Please go see another doctor. I too read the bad reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad of an experience. I should have listened.

I have severe pain in my back, hips, and leg due to a car accident. I came to Dr Nicoletti as the reviews on his website were very positive. I arrived 15 min late due to a water main break in the subway that knocked out the 1,2, & 3 trains for the entire morning, from 96th street to 42nd. I tried to call four times to tell the office I would be delayed. The first call ended after the doctor’s phone had rung for three minutes without anyone picking up. The next three took me to a recording saying that the office was closed. When I arrived I was told that I was too late. Additionally, the office had lost all of the information I had provided to them over the phone regarding insurance, the accident, etc. I explained that I had been in a car accident, and was stuck in the train coming down. They agreed to see me. I have since been waiting for two hours. The pain from my injuries, already exascerbated by the excessive walking/standing is killing me. They will not even allow me a bed.

Unbelievably incompetent office staff and general office procedure setup. First, office actually denied that I had any electronic records on file with the practice after more than a year in which I was a patient of the practice. Second, after a long wait to see the doctor while the incompetent staff searched and finally located my records, the doctor finally saw me and prescribed an MRI which his incompetent staff which supposed to have arranged and did not. Multiple calls to Dr. Nicoleti's office over a week were not returned and the laughable telephone routing service endlessly disconnected calls while waiting on hold. The doctor's office is so incompetent that even reaching an answering service to leave a message -- after the practice's regular telephone service disconnected me while on hold for the 6th time -- was an exercise in waste of time and frustration because after a 19-minute wait on hold for the answering service, I gave up. Hopelessly disrespectful patient service.

I had a great experience with Dr. NiColetti. I lived with undiagnosed hip and back pain for eleven years. After seeing many Dr’s in my area, with no results. I decided to visit his office... I was properly diagnosed and treated in one visit. I have been pain free for over a year for the first time in 10 years. Paul Stanley.

I went to see Dr Nicoletti at Spine Institute Mount Sinai. They didn't file sufficient doc for injection, insurance followed up with them twice and they never got back to them so the claim was rejected. In the meantime I called them 3 times, even offered to pay myself being desperate of the pain, no response. I went there in person finally, they promised to schedule peer to peer review. 10 days and 2 more calls later, nothing. In total, 5 weeks of sciatica pain and NO HELP! DON'T recommend!

Dr. Nicoletti was very patient and understood my concern before the procedure. Talk and walk me through the procedure as he went along. Dr. Nicoletti also informed that possibly I may have to come back for a booster shot after two weeks of the first procedure. I would recommend this doctor!
