Dr. Michael Nicolai, MD

I hate to leave a bad review under Dr. Nicolai because I love, Dr Nicolai- I think he’s very thorough and an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, you can’t get anybody on the phone to even make an appointment. Last three times I’ve called I’ve had to wait more than 20 minutes on the phone just to get somebody to pick up. Today, I waited for 30 minutes, I was next in line and they picked up and hung up the phone after a 30 minute wait. I spent my entire lunch trying to make an appointment for debilitating migraines and I cannot get anybody on the phone. Unfortunately, I will need to go somewhere else because the front staff is not cutting it. Its a shame.

If being healthy and alive is the most important thing in life, and it is, then having a doctor you can trust and rely on is essential.Dr. Nicolai has always been there for me and my wife when needed him. Whether we had something we imagined or had a serious health concern, Dr. Nicolai's knowledge, advice and caring was always assuring and immensely helpful.

I’m extremely satisfied with Dr Nicolai. He’s professional, highly intelligent and knowledgeable, knows how to treat my ailments and chronic bronchitis very well. I recently visited a pulmonologist and she said he was doing exactly what she would do for my asthma and bronchitis, so there was no need for me to see her again. He’s a wonderful Dr and he’s has a great personality, a great sense of humor which is something I admire in a person.

Dr. Nicholai is an excellent doctor. However the office staff is awful borderline incompetent.

He is the most uncaring person I have ever spoke with, also very arrogant.

Dr. Nicolai is one of the most pleasant doctors I have ever met. He was very thorough and professional. He was nice, approachable and polite.

Takes the time with you to go over any questions you may have and if you dont hunderstand he will explain for you to understand. very polite, courteous, respectful.
