Excellent and Professional
My 5yr old daughter had radius, elbow surgery. He handle everything with professionalism and talked us through the process every step of the way. It's scary for a young child to have surgery but he really made the process comfortable which under such stressful circumstances brought a smile to my daughter face. He is excellent with kids!! Highly Recommended!! We couldn't be happier to have him as the orthopedic surgeon for my child.

Top notch hand surgeon
Dr. Is super punctual, clear and concise. Explains operation and outcomes clearly. If your looking for a psychologist or psychiatrist go somewhere else. If you want a professional surgeon, Dr. MULLIGAN IS YOUR MAN! I have absolute 100% confidence in the Doctor. He performed surgery on my daughters finger. Absolutely Phenemonal. This is not a second opinion doctor. He should be your 1st and only stop. He has a proven reputation, not some hillbilly doctor.

He took his time, was personable, communicative, competent, and not in a rush to recommend surgery as the immediate solution.

I broke my wrist in several places in Aug 2019. Dr. Mulligan was recommended to me and I could not have been in better hands. I was in so much pain and could literally not even move my hand. He tried to avoid surgery, but in the end I would have lost too much mobility. It was pure hell, but I was well taken care of, and I have full use of my hand back. He's amazing and so compassionate.

Dr. Mulligan is a poor communicator. He never explained the procedures. He only told me he would “fix it.” He didn’t look at me like a whole patient, he only looked at one bone. I felt he was belittling of me.

I broke my wrist on July 4, 2016 and Dr. Mulligan was on call at the UrgentCare Center when I came in the next day. He could not have been nicer. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, setting my wrist and casting it. It was followed up with weekly xrays to make sure it was healing properly. He did a great job--I healed very quickly and in the 2 1/2 years since, have had no arthritis or pain, much to my surprise. Went back to playing golf immediately with no pain.
