Poor communication
Poor communication from this provider. We arrived a few minutes late for my spouses appointment, and we were told we would be seen shortly. An hour after the scheduled appointment time I asked when my spouse would be seen and I was told if the doctor changed it to 10:30 that’s when he will see you. No one had provided us with this information and had we been given the information we would have rescheduled the appointment for a different time and date as my spouse has difficulties being out and about due to physical disabilities.

#1 Priority
Being a Military Family we have experienced medical care from parts of the U.S. What is discouraging is that Dr. Moon has that typical "California Attitude," no longer being a Healer and more about thinking of and making himself the #1 Priority. Unfortunately, Treating a Patient's Pain IS NOT the #1 Priority here.

Awesome, front office is great. Read some of these reviews and I am very aware when in pain I am short with people. Just because I am in pain does not mean I can abuse the office staff. I receive great care here.

I was experiencing extreme knee pain. He did the least pain treatment and put a gel in my knee. It work like a charm. It took me two years before I had to go back for another shot. Usually it needs to be done every year. Dr. Moon is the best, besides Dr. Sung.

I was under Dr. Moon's treatment for many years until surgery resolved my multiple stenosis pain. During that entire time, I was treated with dignity, professionalism, and courtesy while at the same time Dr. Moon and his staff insisted on compliance with an array of rules aimed at the pain-care profession. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!! I tried for three weeks to see Dr. Moon. I was given the run-around by a very abusive and callous office manager Jeanie and Francesca (scheduler) who insisted that I was not covered under my insurance plan. Instead of apologizing for the confirmed mistake, the conversation escalated when she told me that she didn’t like my tone and that the doctor will NOT see me!! My client who was in great pain tried for 3 wks to receive treatment fr Dr. Moon. The office manager, Jeannie, & her side kick Francesca, continued to obstruct my client from seeing the doctor insisting he was not cov'd under her ins. After 3 weeks they referred her to their ins biller who confirmed he WAS covered. Jeannie, without confirming with her own biller, demanded payment in full & when proven wrong refused to allow her to see or speak to Dr. stating "We" have decided not to treat her

DR. MOON HAS A TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. HE HAS LOST ALL EMPATHY AND HAS FORGOTTEN HIS HIPPOCRATIC OATH. HE REALLY SHOULD RECONSIDER REMAINING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AS THE MEDICAL FIELD HAS CHANGED BUT DR MOON'S ATTITUDES AND QUALITY OF TREATMENT HAVE GONE BY THE WAYSIDE. ITS SAD TO SEE AN INTELLIGENT PERSON TREAT PATIENTS SO POORLY. HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE PART TIME WORKERS THAT DO FULL TIME WORK. HE RARLY FOLLOWS UP WITH HIS PATIENTS AT HOME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR MOON.
