I usually see Aaron and she is wonderful in be thorough and caring!! Tiffany is excellent nurse also!!

I think they see too many patients to accommodate them all. It is very hard for them to work around my schedule. I prefer Dr. Miles when I schedule in advance, but have seen and like to see his assistants too. With one week notice, many assistants, and now 2 locations I still can't get in on the day I am off work. I will be searching for a new doctor that is able to work with me on scheduling appointments.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Nurse Tiffany was awesome and seemed to really care about me as a person, not just another patient passing through. Dr. Miles is very thorough. I can tell that he's sharp and won't miss anything when it comes to my health. I imagine that is why wait times are a little longer but its definitely worth the wait to see a good doctor that will take his time and not look at you once and send you on your way. Overall I give my experience at this office an A+!

Dr. Miles and his staff care for their patients like family. They will go above and beyond to provide the best care for each patient. I highly recommend this office, as it was hard for me to find a PCP that I really trusted.

I saw Landie Romulas PA last week for poison oak. She was very thorough. I felt like she really listened to me. I will definately recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this office. They are the most kindness staff I have ever came in contact with. From the time i walk through the doors to the time i walk out. Everyone is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of.

Love the providers and staff here. They have been caring for my family for over ten years. There can be a wait at time to see the provider, but I know that I will be given the attention I need when I am seen. We have been going here for years and this place is on a downward spiral. I was in the hospital last week so I had to make an appointment for this week. I showed up to my first appointment and was unable to be seen because Tara had gotten sick. I was aggravated because I took off of work but I stayed peaceful and rescheduled. I showed up today and was unable to be seen AGAIN. i will NEVER be back again.

Myself & my family have been coming here for 3 years. We've seen Erin, Landie, & Angel. All of them are very knowledgeable and friendly, but the wait time is ALWAYS unreasonable, especially when you're having to take off work. The other downfalls are: wait time for referrals is ridiculous, paying $15.00 to get meds approved, and the front office staff aren't very friendly. I had to leave before being seen at my last apt because the wait was to long. My job & my time is just as important.

I always get great care at this office. Sometimes I have to wait a little while but I know I will get my time and I like that part.

This office takes time to listen and does not shuffle you out the door like most offices. It is owned by Dr. Miles and he takes pride in his business. He and his staff will consider all possible things and even tell you how to save money for testing and such.

This is by far the best Dr. and staff that I have ever been to. They take time to care for your needs. I may have to wait a little while but I know they are giving me the attention I deserve rather than scooting me out like a conveyor belt. I have been to those types before and this office is not like that.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. I used to enjoy coming here but that is no longer the case. The staff is unable to perform their jobs correctly and do not provide their patients with the proper care. I have been waiting over 30 days for their staff to fill out an authorization form for insurance to which I was forced to pay them $15 for them to complete and send back to the insurance company. You would think a month is enough time for them to complete-nope.

the physicians assistant there are great. The front desk is the worst staff I have ever encountered. They make everything about making an appointment difficult. They are never pleasant when you sign in either.
