Dr. Michael Mikolajczak, DO

I am African American and felt like due to the office not having a diverse staff makeup they were very indifferent towards me.they seem to foster an attitude which could be better with cultural awareness training.Some Staff treated me indifferent..Was very uncomfortable with surgical coordinator .she spoke down to me , hanged up phones before I was finished asking questions about my pending surgery and bills.Very unprofessional and hostile environment. Dr Mike tried his best to accommodate me but I could feel the tension and hear the frustration in his voice.

Dr. Mike did a great job on my right shoulder reverse replacement. He and his assistant Leah have a great manor prior to and after surgery. He will be doing my left shoulder next. I would use no other surgeon but Dr. Mike. His treatment of patients is respectful, conscientious and very caring.

Love him and his staff. (same p.a.)not true what another said that staff had left. He put a new hip in over 20 years ago, still good and am about to have the other one done. I would go to no one else.

20 years ago I was a new Florida resident from NY. I had had 3 prior surgeries to repair rotator cuff. It was infected and a mess. Dr.Mikalajczak took mercy on me when no one would touch me. That was over 20 years actually and I’ve never had another problem. Now have tear in left shoulder and if he’ll have me I’m absolutely having him do the repair then my husband goes. Excellent over 20 years I’m going to be in the best care with all his years of perfecting his skills. I’d never let anyone else repair a rotator cuff besides him.

He and Leah are the BEST! I trust no other with my family the way I trust these two!

Do not let this guy do any surgery on you! Sent me for an MRI, came back as a seperated shoulder. Said he fixed it but then purposely cut my rotor cuff and tore my bicep tendon off the top of my humerus bone just to make additional money. He then told me his surgery was a failure and that he wanted to perform a second surgery! Got a second opinion instead by a qualified surgeon who looked at the original MRI and report and told me I never had a torn rotor cuff. Had surgery a second time by new doctor who repaired what he purposely cut except the bicep tendon which can't be reattached. So now I have one arm that is useless to me! DO NOT LET HIM PERFORM ANY SURGERY ON YOU OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

If all goes well you'll think he's great, but if there's a problem "it's all your fault". Many of his staff have left.

Excellent surgeon. As a heath care professional that has worked in an OR I have to say that Dr Mik is among the best. His P. A., Leah Saporito is knowledgeable, professional, and the most kind and caring person you could ever have treat you. The entire staff at this office is top notch. Ask a nurse. We know the best! Highly recommend!

I would like to commend Dr. Mike and his staff for excellence in professionalism, compassion, knowledge, and the ability to provide patient education effectively. I am improving daily regarding a problem with my knee and and very grateful for their excellent care. Definitely recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike's for ten years. I have always found him to be a caring, dedicated professional who has helped me over the years with knee and arthritis issues. The office is spotless and his team of professionals are all wonderful. Special kudos to Julie at the front desk and to Dr. Mike's PA Leah who sees to it that I am "pain free" for many months at a time. I am so pleased with Dr. Mike !! He was amazing and i had to come leave a review. My pain was very hard to determine what was causing it, Dr. Mike was very attentative and caring ! I recieved the care i needed amd would recommend him to everybody. His staff is amazing as well A ++++++
