He’s amazing and I highly recommend seeing him if you’re having any ENT issues, he’s caring and knows what he’s doing, his staff are amazing as well! So glad I went to him and he accepted me as a new patient as I have been suffering from tonsillitis and strep throat for the past 8 months, got me in, had my surgery, now recovering and no more issues!

THIS DOCTOR REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. MY SURGERY WENT PERFECTLY. IT WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH HIM. HE IS A FANTASTIC DOCTOR AND PERSON. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. DOCTOR MCDONALD EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Dr. interrupted me & made little of the fact the cyst in my throat was making me cough & gag & having trouble swallowing. He claimed to then abruptly say" Alright, I'll puncture it". A real inconsiderate doctor and rude and arrogant.

What terrible manners! I have never met someone so full of themselves while still practicing using outdated methods! I have since switched ENT doctors and couldn't be happier.

Dr. McDonald fully explained the situation to me and was very patient. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me. He was a very kind man with a good sense of humor and was a very good listener. I would fully recommend him to anyone I know who was looking for an ENT Doctor. The Monona Clinic, where I saw him always has stellar Doctors.

Would never go back to see Dr McDonald or recommend him to anyone. He may believe he is gods gift ti medicine but his bedside manor stinks. He and his staff don't get back to you with important lab information and its his way or the highway. No matter the circumstances behind the causes
