Dr. Michael McCallum, MD

Surgery was scheduled for 5 months. Once preoperative phone call received 1 week before surgery all information given to nurse that called. 1 hour later received a phone call from same nurse stating that the anesthesiologist wanted medical records. All medical records sent immediately that day. Day before surgery called to see what time be there and was told a time and I asked if everything was ok with anesthesia and was told yes. Arrive at Hospital on day of surgery and Dr. McCallum called the preppy nurse Cara and said he needed to speak with me about my history. Dr. McCallum showed up 30 minutes later comes in and says you wanted to talk with me? I said they said you wanted to talk with me. He started talking down to me about my history he did not ask any questions. I then asked why this wasn’t reviewed last week and notify me of any issues. He said he never requested them and just saw the chart this am. He could not wait to leave the room. Talked down to me and my husband.
