Had a 100 pm appointment for doc 50 miles away. They failed to tell us the address was South Mays, they just said Mays. Went early and finally got there on time after waiting on hold to clarify location. Went in to a packed waiting room full of sick, coughing people. I explained my wife was immune compromised due to transplant. Waited close to an hour and had not been checked in. This doc is practice director. If he cannot manage his practice better than this, do you want to risk your health.
