Dr Lenis is very personable. Spends the time necessary to explain what’s going on. What the next steps are, if any. And thus far been spot on. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist.

Nicked artery almost killed my mother in 2021
Dr. Linus was fine upon first meeting and description of the procedure he would perform (cardio catheterization). However, after surgery, my mom was taken to recovery with a nicked femoral artery and she was slowly bleeding out for over an hour. It wasn’t until recovery staff couldn’t control the bleeding that emergency staff were notified and she then had to await for a Vascular surgeon to become available to correct the mistake. The cardiac unit took every action to help deliver life saving blood until the surgeon became available. Dr. Church did an amazing job. Dr. Linus never even came to tell us what was going on (he sent his NP) and it’s as if it never happened for him. We have sense heard from others at the hospital that this sane thing happened to them and that he’s the only cardiologist in his group they practices an older procedure with higher risk. See someone else.

Good Dr who is also nice.
Dr Lenis is really nice, listens to my concerns and questions and is able to zero in on an explanation that i can understand and addresses my question. And it's not just Dr Lenis but all the staff, nurses and other doctors at Ascension Seton Heart. They are all super nice and caring. They make medical visits pleasant.
