Dr. Michael Krueger, MD

There is a reason everyone complains about Dr. Krueger's wait time in the lobby. He overbooks his patients. There were 3 booked for the same time as me. All this does is triple his pocketbook at the expense of his patient's personal time. I waited an hour in the waiting room and another half hour in the office room. When he finally came in, he only spent 5 minutes with me. Never looked at my surgery, never smiled, rather rude. There are plenty of other choices out there and would not go back to Krueger.

Dr Krueger know his profession. Maybe there is a slight wait for appointments but every time I see him there is no rush when he comes in door. He promotes confidence with his words and actions. I had rotator cuff surgery and am pleased with the results. It's a long heal and frustrating but Dr Krueger keeps me focused on the big picture. If you desire the best surgery and best aftercare he is your guy. And the biggest compliment I can give....my wife approves.

I have debilitating shoulder and arm pain. Got a MRI that showed issues. Went to this guy for help. Says 'MRI looks normal to me'. Throws in a shot and sends me to PT. PT makes it worse. No chance of getting back to see him early, so week and a half later he says 'go see a neurologist, you likely have MS'. He is NOT a neurologist. He has NO bedside manner. He could care less how much pain you are in. Suggested a medical marijuana card. Tells me there's no surgery needed even though there is an OBVIOUS impingement to my shoulder that makes it so I can't raise my arm forward, to the side, or the back. Very condescending to me and my wife. Do yourself a favor and skip this guy and everyone else in that office.

i had to wait awhile in the lobby, but I think that was to give the staff time to enter my data.Dr. Krueger came in and looked at my scans on the computer screen and told me I would not need surgery. He prescribed a sling and said to come back in 3 weeks. He answered my few questions to my satisfaction. It was a short but adequate appointment. I thimk I was still in some degree of shock due to the injury and that he would have engaged more if I had,

I was referred to Dr. Kreuger in early June following an accident in which I broke my ankle. From the very first minute I was in his presence, and continuing throughout my later appointments with him, he gave me his undivided focus and 100% attention. He listened to my concerns and didn't immediately rush into surgery because of another medical condition I had. He explained clearly the paths between surgery and natural healing and the time framework for both routes. Every piece of advise he gave me and every prediction of the time involved for progress in the healing process was spot on. From the outset he instilled great confidence in me that all would turn out well if I did my part, which I did religiously. He never rushed me during an office visit; he explained medical procedures in layman's terms. He was prompt and professional at all times and I am pleased to report that my healing is right on schedule as he had predicted 3 months ago. I was randomly steered in his direction in early June; in the future I and my family will seek out exclusively his medical skill and expertise. I couldn't be more pleased with the diagnosis and treatment which I received from Dr. Kreuger.

My follow up visit after shoulder surgery was horrible. I waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Dr Krueger came in didn't even look at my shoulder . I felt very rushed. All he said was to wear sling for 3 more weeks. The staff seems confused. they sent info to hospital with the wrong shoulder for surgery ,than sent info for me to start PT right after surgery and failed to mention that I had surgery. He isn't friendly with patients and doesn't listen I will not be using him again.

Dr. Krueger did a great job installing a metal plate to fix my broken arm. I was able to regain full range of motion and strength in my arm after physical therapy. He also has done cortizone injections in my knees which has helped with my knee pain.

When he walked into he room, and he extended his hand to shake my hand, and I had difficulty raising my arm. He said, I can see you are in pain. He listened to me, had x-rays taken, and then decided to have an MRI on my right shoulder. He showed me on the MRI that I have a small tear in the rotator cuff. Surgery is not required. He gave me a cortisone injection, and ordered some PT.

Dr. Krueger fixed my husband's shoulder and my elbow perfectly! I encourage everyone to ask for him because of his expertise!

Dr Krueger did my knee surgery it was awful I had to have it done over he actually did a not so decent job Dr was in Ky he had to leave the area because of poor work man’s hip I wouldn’t let him operate on my favorite pet not to mention myself don’t select this Dr

Dr Krueger fixed my husbands broken femur and was an excellent doctor.

DR.KRUEGER TREATED MY SON AND MYSELF FOR A BROKEN SHOULDER I CAN ONLY GIVE HIM A + HE TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF US BOTH AND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED HIM, I AM ONLY SORRY FOR HIM LEAVING I REALLY LIKED HIM AS A PERSON AND PHYSCIAN

If I could give you zero stars I would, I am sitting in my car crying after my appointment with Dr. Krueger because unlike any other doctor I've ever been to Dr. Krueger accused me of being a liar, I had a tear in the bottom of my cast from multiple falls he comes into the room bristling mad and practically yelling at me. You took so long yelling at me and thinking you're a god that you didn't give me any knowledge about my foot, other then it's almost healed.

Dr. KREUGER is a no nonsense professional. His staff is professional and polite. I would rec. This office to military members and injuries..

Dr. Krueger completed a partial knee replacement on me in May 2016 and I was up and moving two hours after the surgery. Outstanding doctor who answered all questions for both myself and the wife. Outstanding professional manner, easy to work with and very rapid recovery. Explained all possible alternatives, treatments, surgery options and has a great staff to work with. Highly recommended!

A wonderful doctor! Took the time to see me and worked with me through ligament replacement surgery. Answered all my questions. Really made me feel cared for. Staff is always always friendly and courteous! Five stars all the way!

Due to a broken arm, I was referred to Dr. Krueger on a Wed; and, by Fri had the operation needed. From the front desk staff to Dr. K, I was very pleased with the entire experience. After my surgery, he briefed my wife on how things went and we were on our way home. I found him to be a very professional, caring and no-nonsense doctor. Thanks again to everyone involved with my healthcare.

Did not help me in any way. He was quick and did not want to listen or hear what I had to say. A total waste of time and money.

He is rude and doesn't take any time with his patients. My young daughter was being seen for a broken bone and he was in and out of the room in 90 seconds. We felt rushed and weren't able to ask questions. After he left my young daughter turns to me and said he was rude and talked too fast.
