Dr. Kenly did not bother to see me!
After waiting more than 3 weeks for an appointment, I was asked to come early even though I filled out all of the forms online. I came early and filled out more forms (all duplicate). After waiting 20 minutes, they brought me to an exam room and asked more questions...all duplicate again...including was I currently in pain and I said I was in some considerable pain. I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room and no one came. I had another dr. appointment so I had to leave. The aide asked if they could reschedule me. thinking they might try to get me in right away, I said yes. They offered me an appointment in 3 weeks. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They didn't care at all about me or my situation. Don't go to this Dr. or Alta...more of a factory than a place of healing.

Rude and aragant surgery schedular.
Does not answer calls, days between return calls, you can only speak to the schedulers when it is convenient for them.

Have been a patient of Dr. Kenly for years. As a physician, he is technically excellent. He pe5rsonable, and has excellent "bedside manners". And he actually has an excellent and rare knowledge of insurance systems. You can't go wrong, I would highly recommend him to be your Doctor.

Competent but troubled me in terms of insensitivity and arrogance. I had three epidural injection procedures in my back over course of one year and each time it became progressively became more painful as i had only local anaesthetic. He targets precisely but this last time i begged him to please stop as my nerve was severely reacting and he just kept sticking it in ignoring my plaint for time out. I felt like a slab of meat. Don't know if i'll go back again. He's effective but i deserved more respect.

I would never recommend him in any way. Lack of care and treatment. Totally botched blood plasma transfer into my lower back. Nerves burned 3 times in my low back and 4x4 injections. I am in more pain than when I started with him. And now little to no help with debilitating low back pain. Proof a Dr. is a plumber that went to med school and passed? 1 star he has a likable personality. Just not a good Dr.

Flippant in answering my questions on multiple visits. No physical exam. No discussion of history....no nothing. Waited an hour in the exam room and got nothing in return.

Disapointed ?? in CA – Oct 26, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Kenly?
Absolutely, the worst doctor I have ever been too. The vitriol he came in with and stayed through 30 minutes of shaming for taking opioids for chronic and severe pain for which he offered no alternatives had me blown against the wall, for which he charged my insurance $900. I had one x-ray and a 30 minute scorched earth tirade.

I found him to be an inhumane individual. No compassion, empathy, or care for a patient in extreme pain from Fibromyalgia. He refused to give me any medications because he said, they play with your head. Isn't that the idea? Get your brain to redirect the pain impulse? I left in tears and anger. My husband left very angry as well. Lucky for this doc that my husband's vietnam veteran PTSD did not flare up at the moment.

Dr. Kenley with nothing but thorough and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help me and he took the time and effort to do so, even following up on my recovery while out of the office.
