Amazing Dr. Michael Kaplan
Dr. Kaplan performed amazing balloon sinuplasty on me. I breathe so much better now. My second surgery with him he is perfection! His office staff, professionalism is outstanding! Dr. Kaplan has one of the best bed side manners I ever seen in the entire medical field. He deserves golden stars!

Dr. Kaplan is AMAZING!!
Dr. Kaplan performed the balloon nasal surgery for me and now I can breath again. He was wonderful from the initial appointment, through the recovery aspect of my care. Very personable and really cares about his patients. He actually called me to check on my status the day after surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to all potential patients.

Awesome Doctor!!
Dr. Kaplan was the 7th doctor I had seen for my sinus issues. My first visit was amazing. Dr. Kaplan listened to my complaint and examined me and set me up for the procedure the next day. After a couple of days I started feeling better and better. I am breathing and sleeping so much better.

GREAT DOCTOR!
I think Dr. Kaplan is a Great Doctor. I had the 'Baloon Sinuplasty' about a year ago and it went well. Recently, because of my location, I went to a local ENT and was really disappointed with his lack of caring and his bad attitude. I called Dr. Kaplan and he got me right in as I was having some problems. The remarkable thing is that I wrote the time down wrong and I arrived an hour and 15 minutes later than I should have. He still saw me and treated me kindly. I think what makes a 'Great Doctor' is just as much 'HOW' they treat you, as well as their 'SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE.' Dr. Kaplan gets 5 stars for both of these from me!

Thorough and Efficient
Just had surgery 4 days ago so too soon to review results but I had no pain and am progressing normally. The office visit was very efficient. Dr. Kaplan listened to my complaint of chronic cough and chronic runny nose and offered his suggestion as well as alternatives. I decided to go ahead with balloon sinuplasty and cryotherapy after he described the surgical processes involved. On day of surgery he was able to remove 2 or 3 bone spurs I never knew were there. The doctor’s assistant was very professional and caring. Office staff professional, efficient and pleasant. Very pleased so far!

Much ado about nothing
Set appointment, and had balloon sinuplasty surgery the next day. After followup visits, three visits at least two weeks apart, each with suctioning out sinuses, and following the doctor's advice using saline rinses & sprays, I still have the original problem that caused me to go to him in the first place! Sinuses are a bit more clear, but the original problem has not been solved, and the doctor didn't seem too interested in addressing that issue. Gave me a "well, let's wait and see in a few more weeks" comment, but didn't tell me when to come back, as opposed to the other followup visits which were instructed to be two weeks later each time.

Horrid. Rude, condescending arrogant (insert expletive). First brushed off his staff member who was asking me questions and then proceeded to treat me as if I was a low life for bothering him with my banal issue. Did not get any further, walked out. As a healthcare worker I am ashamed to say we are in the same field. Steer clear.

We had a wonderful experience with this office. Dr. Kaplan and his staff are just great. Efficient, knowledgable, caring and organized. Dr Kaplan explained everything thoroughly. His staff outlined the timeline and checked insurance. On the day of surgery, we were comfortable with the process. Surgery went great and the anesthesia staff was amazing. They made my son feel safe and well cared for. He wasn't nervous at all. Followups were quick and on time. (much appreciated) My son is doing great,. He breathes better than he ever has and no more snoring. Thanks to all!!!!

I came to Dr Kaplan with in January 2019 with major sinus issues,nasal polyps,complete airway blockage on one side,scar tissue and major breathing issues.He was so kind,patient and honest about how bad my situation was but he said I can fix it,I was elated but very nervous,he explained what his plan of action was in detail,and what the cost would be and my down time for healing.I scheduled the surgery and on survey day he and his entire staff from the front desk to check out were very supportive,and professional,one nurse actually held my hand to help keep me calm.I highly recommend anyone suffering with sinus to come see Dr Kaplan and his amazing staff.
