What a horrible doctor. My father has cancer and his Sioux Falls Oncologist recommended that he have monoclonal antibody treatment when he contracted COVID and was symptomatic. He refused to order it because he was not sick enough yet even though my father is immunocompromised and has fevers of greater that 102 with an oxygen saturation of 95% and was getting worse each day. Covid symptoms peak by day 6-8 and he is 3 days in. Do not go to him. He doesn’t follow recommended best practices

Dr. Jurgens has always treated me very professionally and compassionately. He's good at getting me to see the seriousness of my ailments so that I'll take prescribed medications as recommended. (I can be very hesitant about taking drugs.) He's one of the few doctors that has actually looked at the long list of supplements I take and made suggestions. He's taken time to give tips on my food intake. I very much appreciate his thoroughness and highly recommend him.

If I could give him a zero, I would. Will avoid appointments with him in the future. Had a 4:00 pm appointment on a Friday. He ran labs on my daughter and said we wouldn’t be able to get results until Saturday. When we went to the lab, they said results would only take 8 minutes. We waited for results, but he was already gone. The lab techs had to find a PA to relay the results. Not our first bad experience with him, but hopefully our last, as we hope to never have to see him again.
