We have had several visits with Dr Jugan. Being a complicated patient with multiple commodities, I have had an excellent experience with Jugan. He listen s, is attentive to my concerns and makes thoughtful , professional recommendations for my care. His Staff is very professional and helpful! Recently had bi-lateral carpal tunnel surgery-at the OT PT surgery center and the staff there was outstanding! Impresses with all services available at Ortho Kagan.

Left Knee replacement.
Dr. Jugan has scoped both of my knees in the past. Most recently he did a total knee replacement on my left knee. All has gone as expected. I would not go to anyone else for this type of procedure. He is the best.

Our experience was the best we could ever hope for. Just like everyone said, he is patient, knowledgeable, talented and over the top best. Two torn achilles tendons at the same time. He fixed them and is amazing.

Dr. Jugan was wonderful! He took the time to explain my wrist surgery from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Always took time to answer my concerns and questions. Dr. Jugan on my final post-op visit even took the time to show me how to do an important exercise for my wrist. He is the best!

Dr. Jugan is a saint through my eyes and experience! I was very apprehensive going in, but that soon dissolved. Dr. Jugan is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, great listener and very thorough; he truly cares about his patients. Outstanding surgeon who repaired the cartilage in my knee; he gave me my “lifeline” back and one cannot put a price tag on that! I trust this surgeon with my life! When the time comes for a knee replacement, Dr. Jugan is my surgeon of choice! Very grateful!

What a blessing Dr. Jugan has been to our family. My husband had a serious injury and Dr. Jugan helped preserve his ability to continue a very demanding career. Recently, I was involved in an accident that required surgery as well. We love his straightforward approach and guidance for the best possible outcome. It also helps that he is "wicked" smart!

Dr. Jugan has been treating me since I was in my teens. Every surgery he's done on me has had excellent results. He's honest and to the point but has a heart of gold. He took the time to call me the day after surgery to check up on me, what doctor does that? His staff is AMAZING, I can't even say enough good things about them. I trust him enough that I've sent my parents, husband, and uncle to him. They all have had good experiences with him.

What kind of doctor just tells you to deal with the pain? Not only did he never treat my issue, but he also had the audacity to tell me that I'm not really in any pain and that I'm lying about being injured. I have never been so disrespected by a "doctor" in my life. Since I can't work with the pain I'm having he told me to just quit my job, like it was no big deal. The only one who should be quitting is Mr. Jugan because he clearly is not worthy of being a doctor.

Dr. Michael Jugan is a terrific doctor and surgeon! I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. I've been seeing him off and on for almost 20 years due to arthritic conditions. He did my hip replacement surgery and beforehand I was very nervous. He and his staff reassured me. Now my new hip is great! He explains your condition and offers treatment options. He is interested in me as a person--not just a patient. He will soon do my knee surgery and I know I'm in excellent hands.
