While I understand that Mr. Jong is an extremely intelligent man when it comes to the medical field, it's the field of sensitivity and common sense where he needs substantial training. I went to the ER to try and fix a problem that I have had for months (prescribed pain meds by a family doctor, pain became worse). After explaining my situation to Mr. Jong, he continued his pompous, arrogant, I'm smarter than you attitude. Doctors should put you at ease, make you feel comfortable. Not with him.
