Michael Jones saw my husband in the ER, and was incredibly unkind. My husband had been having intense upper abdominal pain for nearly a week, to the point where he couldn't eat or drink anything, and could not sleep without prescription painkillers. We had already been referred to a surgeon, but I suspected infection and felt that we could no longer wait for care due to the intensity of his pain. When my husband told Dr. Jones that we were already scheduled to see a surgeon later in the week, Dr. Jones said "Are you kidding me!" and made my husband feel very bad for having come in.
