Dr. Michael Johnson, MD

I'm pretty sure this is the only honest and compassionate gastro left in this state doing right by his patients.

Dr Johnson has the experience and expertise in doing colonoscopies. Would not let any other doctor touch me.

I went to Dr. Johnson to discuss some problems I was having and to schedule a colonoscopy. It has been five years since he did my last colonoscopy. After discussing some health problems, he wanted me to come back the next day to have CT scan. I had the scan the following day and Dr. Johnson called me that afternoon to tell me I had diverticuli in the lining of my colon and it was inflamed. All that said I appreciated him calling me so soon and the concern he seemed to have that a lot of doctors don’t seem to have these days.

Dr. Johnson went over my medical records and scheduled me for a colonoscopy. Answered all of my questions.

I've had many appointments and procedures with Dr. Johnson. I've always been treated promptly and properly.

Dr. Johnson is one of the most careful, thorough, competent, educated doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I had a severe problem BEFORE seeing him the last time and went to him as a follow-up to tell him what had happened to me (things happened so fast I had to be admitted to a hospital without he being informed) he asked questions like an experienced detective not allowing any answer to go without finding the exact sequence of events and the exact result of those events. His follow-up examination leaves no doubt as to what my problem was. You can see him mentally assessing every detail. He is a caring, polite, professional , educated doctor that I hold in the highest regard. I have a degree in biology and have worked with top medical research doctors( and medical school professors) and know you are in good hands with Dr. Johnson.
