This group and doctor is a nightmare
Dr. Hogan was nice initially. Told us we would be a 24 hour admit at our office visit, since we lived so far away. Did angioplasty with stent in hospital. Day of procedure, came in with an attitude. Before procedure said, 'you will go home about 1 hour after procedure'. Reminded him that we lived over 3 hours away, and that we were suppose to be a 24 hour admit. Dr. Hogan became very arrogant and said, 'my last patient lives that far too!' Also...he took my husband's pulse with his thumb. Just called me on phone after procedure, never came in to talk with me. As far as the entire deal with this group from getting correct prior authorizations to billing it has been a total nightmare.
