my rating is not for Dr. Hernandez but for his staff Gloria, Sandra, Salma and Nikki. it has been 6 whole weeks and 3 emails and 1 fax later and no documents have been recieved by me or short term disability. when you call everyone has the same answer ( that is the medical assistant that handles that and she is with a patient) or they answer the phone place you on hold so long that the phone rings back and they just put you bac on hold. I just want my documents so I can find another specialist that has better office help. whatever happened to phone etiquette? I guess that was not in thier training.

I am truly grateful and what a wonderful thing it is to have found a doctor who actually cares about my well-being. Dr. Hernandez is extremely knowledgeable, professional, answers all of my questions and takes time to clearly explain my treatment plan. The office staff is always courteous and attentive. If your looking for Pulmonologist you wont be disappointed.

I work in the hot sun all day and was recently experiencing some chest pain, shortness of breath and other symptoms. I was referred by a family friend whom is also a patient to see Dr. Hernandez. I was extremely pleased with my visit. His professionalism, knowledge and level of concern and care for my health was outstanding. I was very satisfied with his office, the courtesy of his staff and how quickly they where able to accommodate me with an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez.

Dr. Hernandez was professional and kind. He put me and my family at ease. Not only was he very knowledgable, but he took the time to explain everything regarding my condition and subsequent treatment in a way that was easy for all of us to comprehend. I feel truly blessed to have been helped by him. I plan to continue seeing him at his practice.

Spent time with myself and family to explain, answer and reassure all concerns with my medical condition. I only saw him in the hospital but he was a knowledgeable and comforting presence that gave me confidence in my treatment. I am switching doctors to see him in his practice when I am released.
