My mom was extremely upset after leaving her medical appt with him, who she has seen for years. My dad passed away a little over a year ago (who also was a patient) and he told her that she needed a boyfriend or husband so they can come in and ask questions. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially to someone who is grieving. My mother is perfectly capable of asking her health questions as she does not have any cognitive decline or impairment. He also told her that she asks too many questions and when asks for her bone density test results he told her that “you’ll be fine since you’re not that thin.”

My dad loved him
My dad was a patient of Dr. Heinle for many years until he recently passed away at almost 96 years of age. He enjoyed going to his appointments with Dr. Heinle and had great respect for the doctor. When my dad passed away, Dr. Heinle called me personally to offer his condolences. I also switched to this office and regularly have seen Austin Grewe and have gotten excellent compassionate care. I have not experienced any long wait times very often, but I know he will take his time with each appointment and be sure that all concerns are addressed.

This doctor spends time with each patient. He cares so much about each one that his appointments do run over but each patient gets excellent care. Office staff kind, understanding, and goes above and beyond to help you. I am a Hospice CT and he is so kind to my patient. He is attentive and explains everything thoroughly.

I went to Dr. Heinle years back. I really hoped his practices have changed. Always had a long wait time but one time it was 3 Hours which is unacceptable and because of that I ended up changing doctors.

Consistently long wait times for routine office visits. Charged me 20.00 for the yearly wellness exam, which is supposed to be free and turned it into collections. I no longer trust my health to him and neither should you. When I do see him, he always looks exhausted and apologizes for the long wait. Many more reputable doctors out there to choose from.

Great doctor, very astute and willing to work with different solutions for treatment. Office wait time and waiting to get seen is not worth the trouble.

This "doctor" should be avoided at all costs if you value your health... Consistently fails to keep to patient schedules; never reviews charts prior to visits; fails to take time to explain to patients anything at all. Horrible experience from multiple family members across the board.
