I have been seeing this group for close to 5 years now I have never had any problems with them they're the first doctors that are actually trying to figure out what is causing so much pain instead of just sending me through the ringer also not only do I like the doctors but I also like the staff I noticed somebody on here said something about Shelby not sure what the problem was there but she has been nothing but nice and understanding and helps me in any way that she possibly can I would absolutely recommend this group

near two hour waiting room delay past set appointment time full overflow waiting room on arrival with steady incoming patients some patients arriving after you are seen before you without explanation very uncomfortable surroundings and experience for those seeking pain relief should inform patients upon arrival of expected wait time should never exceed 15-minute wait time past scheduled appointment very unpleasant visit for us who are in pain and have to endure this discomfort dr. haydel should be made fully aware of wait delays and address issue

I’ve been seeing these guys for over 3 yrs. I can’t complain about anything since I’ve been going here. Inserting the pain pump has worked really well and because of this procedure, I’m not taking as many pain pills as I was without the pump. All of the questions that I’ve asked, they have answered so that me and my family know what’s going on.

My wife and I have been pursuing relief for her pelvic pain for over 3 years. Dr. Haydel is the only doctor to truly listen and address the issue is a sincere, concerned manner.

The office personnel Shelby is very rude, and unprofessional. I had to redial like 6 times before I could get assistance. She holds the phone then says she is placing you on hold to check something and then she intentionally hung up. The disgusting part is that she makes sure that you can hear her hung up which shows that she does not care about whatever problem you are calling about.

Friendly staff and Dr.Haydel was very easy to talk to and answered all questions. I found he spent a well amount of time in the room with us

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the office personel. I received a bill for a missed appt when actually I had not missed that appt, I had rescheduled for a sooner appt. But I was told that I failed to actually cancel that next appt. And I'm stuck with an $80 bill. Although I was satisfied with Dr. Haydels treatment, I will not be back.
