Dr Haverty is an excellent physician and I consider myself lucky to have been his patient for the last ten years. The waiting times have always been reasonable both in scheduling appointments and in the practice’s waiting room. His office staff is highly effective and I’ve never had an issue or complaint.

One of the nicest and caring physicians I have ever met. He listens, makes sure you understand what is happening. I wish every doctor was like him.

He takes his time with you and explains everything very clearly and with examples that make thinks simple to comprehend. Has been my doctor since 86 for the whole family and now just myself. Followed him to about 3 offices over the years and still see him now that I live in San Luis Obispo. He is worth the drive.

Dr Haverty has been my Dr. since i moved to Santa Maria 15 years ago. My insurance changed a couple of times, I had to change Doctors. Not happy. As soon as I could I went back to his office. The staff is awesome. Dr Haverty takes his time n listens to your problems. Never rushed. N willing to send you to specialist if he can’t solve your illness. The wait time to see him never exceeds 5 min. Recommend. He takes care of my 13 year old, me 51 n my mom who is 76.

Dr. Haverty is probably the most patient, compassionate doctor that I have ever seen. I would (and have) highly recommended him as he doesn't rush in and rush out.

I have probably seen 40 - 50 physicians for a variety of needs as an adult. NY area, Atlanta, Chicago, Canada, and Dr. Haverty stands head and shoulders with the 1 or 2 memorable physicians, who share the rare combination of intelligence, patience, compassion. He is perhaps the most focused doctor when you are speaking to him in all my experience. He and his staff have rightly earned those 5 stars. Lastly, I have learned so much from him in 2 years...a great teacher...explainer. 5 cheers!
