Excellent Oral Surgeon
Excellent. I had 4 dental implants and had my last appointment this morning. Liked the staff. Very caring and personable. Dr. Hartman, as well as his staff, explained everything in words I understood. I would recommend Dr. Hartman for oral surgery.

Excellent Doctor
Over the past two years I have had to have all my teeth removed due to the medicine's that I am on. Every time the staff was excellent, DR Mike and the surgery crew could not have been more professional, caring and just a pleasure.

Did not use enough Novocain for an implant extraction and the procedure was extremely painful. When I mentioned this during the procedure I was ignored The accountant submitted incorrect information to Metlife insurance 3 times and each time it was rejected. I told her about it each time. Finally she submitted another incorrect claim which included procedures that were not performed. Due to the incorrect claims the insurance did not pay for procedures normally covered.

He was extremely kind and patient. He went over all my options and wasn't trying to sell me on procedures I didn't need. He saved me a ton of money over what another oral surgeon in the area was trying to charge me. Can't recommend him highly enough! I will be going to him for all my future oral surgery needs.
