Good, but rushed; a little out of date.
The first visit was good. Dr. Gurfinkel took the time to hear my concerns and answered my questions. However, the follow-up visits felt rushed, my questions were not answered and I felt a little dismissed. The initial medication he put me on was great but then it felt like he was trying to overmedicate me.

Dr Gurfinkel, is very thorough, takes his time to talk to you to understand your eating habits, exercise regiment, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

OMGoodness, I love my cardiologist. Dr. G is just plain old fashioned wonderful. I went to him about 10 yrs ago (didn't need after that just my PCP) and just started going again this year and he's still as wonderful as I remembered. Extremely nice, very concerned and very knowledgeable. A real person. Talks to you in english not medical. You won't need another cardiologist trust me.

DR. MIKE CAME INTO MY HOSPITAL ROOM ON DAY 4-5 AFTER SEEING A FEW OF HIS PARTNERS, THE NEXT TIME HE CAME IN, I ASKED IF HE WOULD BE MY MD, AND HE WAS SO NICE AND GAVE ME SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FEELING THAT I HAD FINALLY FOUND A MD THAT WOULD TALK TO ME, NOT AROUND ME! WHEN YOU ARE IN THE OFFICE, YOU MIGHT HAVE A SMALL WAIT, BUT YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND NEED A FEW EXTRA MINUTE OR TWO HE WILL GIVE IT TO YOU. HE TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY, NOT JUST ANOTHER PATIENT. EVERYONE LOVES HIM

Dr. Gurfinkel has been my Dad's doctor for many years. My Dad has not been a well man but Dr. Gurfinkel has been amazing with keep on top of my Dad's issues and helping me keep him as well as possible. He really cares and takes the time to speak with me on what the next steps are for my Dad. I am blessed to have Dr. Gurfinkel as my Dad's doctor.

I informed him about my shortness of breath and chest pain. I was told that I have a double heart beats and can live with that! Wrong!!!!! It wears your heart out!!!He totally misdiagnosed my heart condition!! It was another Dr. that diagnosed me correctly and had to have st2 stents put in me!!!!

OMG!! I LOVE DR. GURFINKEL BECAUSE HE IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR!! HE SAVED MY MOTHER'S LIFE 3 TIMES!! HER NAME WAS JOHNNIE MAE WASHINGTON!! WHEN WE LOST HER IN AUGUST OF 2007, HE WAS SO PERSONAL WITH MY FAMILY!! HE KEPT VISITING AND CHECKING ON HER EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS IN A COMA FOR 90DAYS!! HE SENT FLOWERS TO HER FUNERAL!! HE IS JUST AN AMAZING GIFT FROM GOD TO OUR FAMILY!! WE LOVE HIM SOOOO MUCH!! HE IS SUCH AN AWESOME CARDIOLOGIST!! YESSSS I RECOMMEND HIM TO THE WORLD!! HE IS ALSO MY DOCTOR
