Dr. Giasullo has a wonderful reputation which is why I wanted to see him. I was given an appointment about one month after I called. HOWEVER, When I went to my appointment, I was surprised at how ineffecient and rude and unprofessional his staff is. As a new patient :I wasnt aware of his procesudres. His website has the wrong address and directed me to an old office of his. Fortunately, someone was there to tell me wherre he is now located. (Does he have an office manager?) Arriving there one is met be warning signs all across the front doors. Not exactly a welcome sign ! Then in order to get into the lobby you have to stand outside in the cold, ring an intercom bell and try to speak to and hear a receptiionist. Everyone around you on the street can hear your name, etc. Finally you are let into the lobby. Here I waited one hour and a half to be brought upstairs to the real waiting room. (office manger?) In short, I left and never saw the Doctor. What a horrible nasty office staff !!

Wait time is horrible. The staff at the office tells you your next but 8 people were called before me. I waited more than two hours to see the Dr. Unacceptable. The staff is rude, wouldn’t recommend this office.

Very bad experience with this office. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment and waited 2 hours, when I asked if I would be seen soon, I was told I would be seen next. Moments later, someone else was called in to see the doctor and I left without being seen. I was extremely unhappy with this office and regret having come in.

Waited for 3 hours in a cramped office and when my name was finally called the very unpleasant worker there brought me to the restroom to give a sample and told me to go to Room 3 when finished, when I went to Room 3 there was an elderly man with his pants down. Embarrassing for all. Waited another hour for the doctor who came in and said "You're too young to see a urologist". Then without examining me proceeded to tell me he had no idea what was wrong with me and that he couldn't help me. Awful

Dr. Giasullo is a very good urologist, however the wait time to see him in his office is about 3 hours. It's absurd that you have to wait a very long time in the waiting room, but on top of waiting in the waiting room, one must wait about half hour in the room before he arrives. To get an appointment with him it's also a hassle. I will change urologist because the waiting is ludicrous.
