Kind, patient and knowledge.
Dr. Gallo is always understanding my concerns and he takes time to clearly explain my situation and options. He makes himself available. Before and after surgery he was available to speak with and emotionally support me. Every single morning, even weekends he was in the hospital checking on me. He is genuinely concerned for my health and my feelings. I feel very lucky to be his patient and have had him conduct my major surgery. He opened his office on a Saturday morning to attend to my post surgery after care. I can't think of one negative experience with him. I had another gastroenterologist assigned to me after my first surgery. He can't nearly compare to Dr. Gallo.
