Excellent experience!! Explained my injury & treatment & got me better without surgery. Another doctor wanted to operate right away. Dr. Franchetti explained why it wasn't necessary --- and he was right.

Horrible. Every time I come here it is a 2 hour + wait. He schedules way too many people in the morning and his attitude is he would rather have you there waiting for him then him waiting for patients to show up. If you don’t mind waiting and being treated like your time doesn’t matter- once you make it in the room he is okay as a dr.

Very poor experience, Dr, Franchetti insisted that I get an MRI . I told him I have a steel BB in my head. He said it would be no problem. They can work around it. Had MRI 12/29/2018 at Advanced radiology in Bel Air. The BB heated up in my head and I Have had a headache ever since .Told Dr Franchetti at the follow up and he said no way and released me. Now can't find a Doctor to help with the headache . Thanks a lot dr, Franchetti.

Fabulous , caring doctor! Listened to all I had to say, did a thorough exam and ordered the right treatment. I had an excellent result from his treatment and no longer suffer in pain.

As thorough an exam and detailed explanation of my injury that I ever could have expected. Dr. Franchetti also prescribed the exact treatment needed to get me better when other doctors coulldn't even figure out what was wrong with me. I recommend him highly.

he was very impersonal and rude. I was 18 and got hit in an accident and was told I was having "muscle spasms". Ive been dancing since I was 2 so I knew this was not the case. my lawyer had to tell him to get an mri of my hip months later when I was still in severe pain and on my next visit he came in told me I had a torn labrum and told me I would probably need surgery and walked out. we sat there and finally his helper came in and said oh you can leage. one appt we waited 4 hours.

Dr. Franchetti is very knowledgeable, he was able to look diagnose and prescribe for the actual ailment as opposed to guessing. He used xrays, MRI and previous evaluation notes.
