Untrustworthy and neglectful
Dr Flood agreed to manage my meds with the collaboration of another doctor. He said (even in my chart) he would refill my meds. I called for days to see why they weren’t refilled. Nurses changed their story from day to day. These are meds I cannot stop taking without severe health implications. He waited until the day that I ran out of pills (a week after promising to fill them) to change his mind for no provided reason, and left me without my medication. Had to file a complaint with his boss who did everything she could (she moved mountains!)to help me find another provider at the Tribal clinic who could provide better care. This doctor knew I couldn’t stop taking my meds, changed his mind without ever discussing it with me, and knowingly put me in a potentially harmful situation for my health and well-being. At the very least, it’s medical neglect and shows that he is not a trustworthy physician.
