12 years and finally, he fixed my issues
The neurologist told me that I have spinal stenosis and a pinched nerve between L3 and L4, but it’s not bad enough for surgery but it Great uncomfortableness Dr. Esposito gives me ESI to relieve the pain. They usually last 6 to 8 months sometimes more he performed a procedure with superior inverter flex that has made my back virtually back to normal. I don’t even think about it anymore. It was debilitating for more than 12 years. I’m so grateful for his experience. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Does not return calls
At first, I thought that I had found a good spine and pain doctor. Don’t be fooled by your first couple visits. They were supposed to schedule me for a.MILD procedure, but after approximately four weeks, still no scheduled procedure. I called at least a half a dozen times, and every time they promise they would call me back, but they did not. I told them I was in pain and needed to know Why no one will return my call. I even called and asked to have the doctor return my call so I could find out what was going on and they said he will call you by the end of the day. That’s been more than two weeks ago and still have not heard from them. I had to move on to a different doctor because I was in quite a bit of pain with my back. They totally neglected me, Meanwhile, I’m struggling with lower back pain. How can a doctor do this to someone. Very sad. Borderline abuse. T Worley

This guy is in the business of invasive treatments
He prescribed me a basic NSAID for general arthritis then refused to refill it because I declined his recommendation for a spinal nerve ablation - which is an invasive and risky procedure that only lasts a year if it’s effective at all. He is in the business of selling invasive and expensive procedures. Would not recommend.

Amazing doctor- must have
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Esposito for approximately 5 years. I have had a chronic pain condition for the past 10 years and he is the only doctor who has ever helped me. Most of my previous doctors just gave me several pain pills. None of them worked. He actually thinks of different ways to help you. He comes up with new methods for pain relief including different kinds of injections. And he really cares about helping you. He is a very good listener. Now that he has his own practice I think he will be even more successful. I would recommend him to literally everyone I know because he is such a good doctor and I appreciate all he has done for me. His staff in Vero Beach is also amazing! You really couldn’t ask for a better office. Give him a chance to prove himself because you won’t be sorry.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are truly wonderful. They are so caring and understanding. I’ve been to several pain doctors in the past and all they did was put me in an assembly line for pills and injections. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and the meds and injections didn’t help. Dr. Esposito took the time to listen to me and actually went over my MRI with me and my husband. He explained what that scar tissue and nerve damage was causing my pain. He didn’t repeat the injections and prescribe meds that haven’t worked before. Although I was skeptical, he recommended a trial of a neurostimulator...and it changed my life! I have had it implanted for a little over a year and I am 99% better (there is always room for improvement, right?!)! I’m not taking any meds anymore and don’t have to deal with their side effects. I wish I met him sooner. Dr. Esposito is the doctor you go to when no one else can help.

This is a place to get a medical device that won't be properly looked after. I got a pain pump, Dr. E decided to use a drug that had given me hallucinations in the trial and kept using it until I had a psychotic break. Then we switched drugs, he told me to wean off an oral drug since we had some of it in the pump but he put so little of it in the pump I went into a blood pressure crisis and nearly had a stroke. Finally, he abandoned me to go into narcotic withdrawal without even suboxone to ease

I have been going to the 'Pineda' location of FL Pain Institute for a few years. Dr. Esposito is the Best pain mngmt Doctor I've ever had a procedure from, including those I've had at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. The staff is always kind, attentive and professional. I've recommended Dr. Esposito to others and they are very satisfied. If you can't get an appointment to see him within a week, it is well worth the wait. Your patience will be rewarded with superior care.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend Dr. Esposito is due to the office staff and the corporation that took over Florida Pain. It is no longer about patient care, it is all about the money. The office staff is rude beyond belief. I don't care to tell my life story to them in front of other patients, but that's exactly what they do. If you don't have insurance they treat you even worse. I wouldn't recommend Florida Pain to my worst enemy.
