Dr. Michael Ebaugh, MD

I've been seeing Dr Pierce Ebaugh for a broken ankle since February. First, out of four appointments with him, two have been canceled by the office at the last minute due to 'the doctor won't be in the office'. These are usually canceled 3-4 days ahead of time but rarely are reschedule options readily available. In fact, this last instance, I received the call on Thursday before a Monday appointment. The next available was 3 weeks later……..3 weeks?!So I explained that I travel for work on a regular basis making the schedule difficult and asked if they could find an opening in the same week I had been previously scheduled within. I was told that I’d receive a call back that day. I called at roughly 4 pm to check in, “we’ve sent a note to the doctor to ask if we can schedule you. Try calling tomorrow.” I call the next day (Friday) “there is an opening on Wednesday but we can’t schedule you without the doctors permission to schedule.” No response. No calls from the office manager
