Dr. Michael Duke, MD

Dr Duke spent most of our time together trying to convince me that I should get the Covid shot. I told him I wasn't interested in obtaining the vaccine from the very beginning. After his 3rd attempt to convince me how wrong I was by not getting the vaccine I told him that we would just have to agree to disagree on that subject. When he repeated for the 4 time that I needed to trust him I finally told him I didn't want to discuss anything Covid related. I felt his main objective was to convince me to get the Covid vaccine. And how foolish I was to not want it. As a new patient I left his office knowing I would NOT be back. I realize that sometimes people don't always see eye to eye and I'm ok with that. But as a patient I would hope that my Dr would respect my right to decline the vaccine. Unfortunately I felt Dr Duke was more interested in telling me how wrong I was than helping me. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

My father is 82. He went to see Dr. Duke after his primary care physician at the same clinic retired. He was being seen because his blood pressure was high (first time ever) and he has had a persistent cough for months. Dr. prescribed high blood pressure meds but didn't listen to his chest or advise him about the cough. I have never had a doctor visit where they didn't listen to your chest. This is right before a long holiday weekend and the clinic will be closed for days.

Dr. Duke and staff are awesome! Everyone there is so friendly.

Dr. Duke is a strong practitioner in family medicine. He listens well and is very reassuring. My 19 year-old daughter also sees him and she also feels the same way. Every doctor I've seen in the practice shows the same characteristics, which is very reassuring. I also cannot say enough about how the practice is run. An actual human being answers the phone and can answer your questions! You also rarely wait more than 10 minutes, can get appointments easily. Overall, 5 stars!

Explains things in a language I can understand

Dr Duke listens and analyses our information, recommending conservative, practical care practices to solve health issues and help us maintain the best health possible. We are so comfortable with his advice and care.

Very friendly and caring staff. Dr. Duke is truly sinsitive about your concerns. He is knowledgeable in all aspects. He takes your feelings into account while deciding what is best for you. You can cry in his office and not feel bad.

Dr. Duke is a member of an outstanding medical group. He takes the time to thoroughly address your needs and concerns, is extremely professional and kind, goes above and beyond to assure that you leave the office with the proper diagnosis and openly offers recommendations and/or referrals, when needed. I readily recommend Dr. Duke to friends and family.

I like working with Dr. Duke. He is straight forward yet compassionate and caring. He makes the patient part of the decision-making process and explains the various treatment options that are available. Probably one of the best Doctors I've ever had.

Dr. Michael Duke is the very best Dr. I have ever had, and I am 74 years of age. He REALLY listens, takes time with me to ask any questions He reviews and talks with me, explaining methods relating to me. He genuinely cares and is very knowledgeable. His nurse, Jill, is equally as helpful and caring. A lovely office Receptionist very nice. Accessible--calls are promptly returned. There is NOTHING negative with Dr. Duke and his staff and office.

Friendly, competent medical diagnosis and treatment.

My parents needed a new family physician. I brought both of them to see Dr. Duke. I am impressed with how he explains everything to them. He takes the time to make sure they understand. Very pleased with the care they are receiving here. Office staff is always very helpful and friendly.
